Previously, an NHS Honorary Therapist, I have been in private practice since 2006. My consulting room is in a quiet and discreet setting and I offer a calm and empathetic approach while we work through whatever is troubling you.
I have particular experience in Anxiety, Bereavement, General counselling, Identity problems, Obsessional behaviour, Life Coaching, Personal Development, Phobias, Self Esteem and Self-worth, Sex related issues, Sexual identity and Issues with fluidity.
Although my primary approach is Psychodynamic, I also call upon a variety of other theoretical ‘models’ including Analytic Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural), Person Centred and Mindfulness as appropriate.
I also offer EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) which has proven to be successful in overcoming many phobias and anxiety related conditions.
